Hi, I'm Joy
The climbing coach for pregnant and postpartum climbers.
I have over a decade of experience coaching - and have worked with over 150 climbers specifically during pregnancy and/or postpartum.
Do not be shocked when I easily use the words pelvic floor, climbing, and internal rotation all in the same sentence.

It wasn't all the long ago...
That I climbed through two pregnancies. One in 2020 and one in 2021.
I can honestly say that climbing with my belly is perhaps the most badass I have ever felt. I loved it.
Fast forward to now, and having used my own recovery and return to climbing as a way to gain an even deeper understanding, appreciation, and respect for exactly what this program does.

Real talk, from me to you
You don't need this program to get back to climbing after baby.
You can go climb on your own. You can try to fit together 'the postpartum stuff' with some sort of training, and call it good. But if want a return to climbing after pregnancy that is safe, systematic, data based, and full of all Joy you can handle (pun indented), then this is the program for you.
